I have established a solid professional experience of 6 year’s in social development sector. I had worked with nonprofit organization in various fields such as H&S, WASH, PATS Plus, COVID Response, Skill Development, TB Project and Flood Response. During this entire perioed I had learned many skills like as project management, database management, capacity building, conflict management, team building and report writing. While I have developed strong coordination, management, presentation, documentation, reporting skills as well as strong liaison with government department.
Implementation of the Project in its appropriate form and true spirit in the Project villages/ UCs
Identification of honest competent, effective, and most suitable Community Resource Persons (CRPs) for effective implementation of the Project in your assigned villages/UCs.
Training of CRPs as per the guidelines/sessions of Social Organizers TOT and maintain records.
Undertaking monitoring & reporting in your area of responsibility
To ensure the coverage of one hundred percent households and assigned institutions/schools of your assigned villages/UCs for Water and Sanitation hygiene messages ultimately resulting in following minimum behavioural changes.
Use of clean toilets by all also ensure the usage of clean drinking water
Hand washing with soap at appropriate timings
Achieving the mutually agreed monthly targets of motivating households without latrine for latrine construction and other WASH activities.
Demand creation for open defecation free environment through CLTS/SLTS approach
Achieving the hygiene promotion and community engagement for social and behavioural change in men, women, boys, girls, elderly people and people with disability.
Prepare working paper and perform appropriately in the orientation and capacity building of community-based organizations, Water user associations on operation and maintenance.
Achieve the assigned targets of formation and engage of women support groups to ensure women participation for climate resilient water and sanitation options.
Achieve the assigned target of supporting and mobilizing vulnerable flood affected household to restore /install climate resilient latrines.
Achieve the target of formation and strengthening of school wash clubs for DRR and climate resilience and development of school action plans.
Achieve the target of WASH IPC sessions on hygiene promotion.
Formation of WASH Committees in all the assigned communities and conduction of WASH Committee meeting on regular basis.
Sustaining demand creation in your assigned area through identification of masons, their training for construction of low cost technically feasible latrines, and taking measures for development of local sanitary mart, as per guidelines of the Project document.
Maintaining close contact with the officials of PHED, Education, Health, and TMA/UC departments in your assigned area and keeping them on board about the activities of WASH Project.
Submission of Field observations /feedback diary to your supervisor.
Any other task assigned by the Project Manager PRSP-WASH Project.
Verbally screen all the people attending different OPDs of the designated Hospital, using the screening tool
Ensure that all the identified presumptive TB cases reach the designated Doctor for diagnosis/ treatment
Ensure that all the identified presumptive cases provide sputum sample for lab testing
Coordinate with the district field supervisor (DFS)/ (sputum transportation rider/ Gene Xpert Testing Incharge) and ensure that the sputum sample is transported to the testing facility as per the Guidelines
Ensure that results of the sputum tests are documented in the recording register
In case the TB patient is detected as Rifampicin Resistance (RR), TBS, with support of DFS will coordinate with the PMDT site for patient’s registration at the PMDT site.
Prepare monthly record of the screened; presumptive; registered TB cases; and report the same to Regional Coordinator as per the Guidelines
Ensure complete and accurate documentation as per the Guidelines
Support and facilitate filed visits from national, provincial and district level stakeholders.
Comply to all the Greenstar Social Marketing Policies for example Feld Procurement Policies and Procedure

1. Provide strong leadership of the assigned H&S program, working to ensure both short /Long-term positive impacts and outcomes.
2. Plan, execute and manage program in accordance with agreed deliverables and standards.
3. Develop comprehensive program implementation plan; and manage the assigned Water related activities to meet the organizational objectives within budget and allotted time frame.
4. Continuously monitor and supervise water related activities, overseeing the technical design, execution and evaluation of progress through outputs and impacts using both quantitative and qualitative data.
5. Provide input into the integration of beneficiary participation and accountability in all aspects of the program.
6. Ensure accurate and timely reporting of activities according to LPP standards and other applicable timeframes and formats.
7. Facilitate regular staff meetings to ensure awareness of prpogram objectives, and opportunity for feedback.
8. Manage the H&S budget for the assigned activities and ensure all expenses are according to budget and meet LPP standards with regard to financial management, including accountability and good governance.
9. Ensure that all activities and resources are implemented and handed over or ended in a way that promotes local capacities and sustainable operations.
10. Fill the different reporting formats and data collection forms according to the Monitoring and Evaluation system and submit to his/her line Manager in timely manner
11. Plan, Manage, Implement and organize eye and limbs camps to provide services for patients.
12. Maintain complete individual files for each person visited eye camp and also limbs camp organized by LPP.
13. Generate and submit daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly progress reports to the CEO/Program Officer
