Store Keeper / Care Taker
Check daily stock of store items.
Issue store items through store requisition after director's sign.
Check and care of fixed assets.
Responsible to daily dak send & receive.
Responsible for fleet management and proper documentation.
Coordinate with the accounts department and arrange petty.
Daily visits to all offices for cleaning and checking.
Supervise servings for all management meetings.
Responsible for the arrangement of office, furniture, systems, and office supplies for all new joiners.
Repair & Maintenance.
Security Management.
Any other duty assigned by management.
Store Officer
Check opening stock of Raw Material and report to A.M Store.
Verify all the last day activity (IGP/OGP) & rectify the error if any.
Material inspection to insure that received materials is in good condition without any damage and loss in quantity.
Prepare GRN of incoming material and submit to accounts department by using ERP.
Strong coordination with team , user departments.
Responsible to cycle counts physical audit of stock.
Prepare & maintaining all related documents & record of store.
Store Officer
Check opening stock of Raw Material and report to A.M Store.
Prepare PR, GRN, DC etc. by using ERP.
Update ERP system according to daily issuance and receipt of stock items.
Managing store return material from production department.
Monitor and maintain store inventory.
Strong coordination with team, user departments.
Supervising helpers regarding loading and unloading of material.
Check and verify all documents through ERP like MIN, MRN etc.
Any other duty assigned by management.
