ü  ODS Reporting Setup: Successful implementation of ODS reporting streams of Branchless banking platform (EWP, AKSA, OPS, and BVMT) and Core Banking Platform (Moor and TERP applications).
ü  State Bank Pakistan (SBP) Reporting: Designed and developed mechanism and model on the basis of previous requirements to facilitate SBP/regulatory requirements within due time.
ü  DWH Migration from Telenor Pakistan to Telenor Bank: Lead the TMB BI team to migrate the entire FS DWH Solution (including Data structures/model, ETL for loading data, Process for managing the systems, Reports/dashboards for end-users and self-service capabilities) previously being managed by Telenor Pak, to Telenor Bank.
DWH Enhancements: Development of new features in the DWH to fulfill key business requirements such as dormancy analysis, customer 360 analysis
ü  Igrowth & Promotion Solution: Igrowth and promotion system are customer segmentation, campaign, and notification system; where data feed is being managed through DWH as per business request and ROI (Return over investment) is being managed through DWH.
ü  DaaS & Deep insight: DaaS is an Ant-Financial big data platform product that is specially designed and developed to entertain BI & data analytics requirements of the organization. TMB BI team designed the vanilla model according to the TMB business team requirement by consulting the Ant Financial data team.
