Currently working as Project Coordinator, a Project Management graduate with more than 3 years of experience in Pakistan Red Crescent (PRCS) as Commercial First Aid Trainer and Coordinator.
• Part of the International Franchise Support (IFS) team which is the first point of contact for Edible
Arrangements franchisees in GCC (Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain).
• Making sure of their smooth franchise operations by rectifying (if)any issues occur while using the
Netsolace software systems, computers, or other devices. Proactive support calls to know if they require
any assistance.
• New store setup and launch, along with marketing assistance
• Working closely with the franchisees to assist day-to-day activities
• Suggesting new ideas for the upsell and possible products launches while fine-tuning it with the
franchisee’s input. Updating franchisees on the opportunities for business growth in the eCommerce
market
• Analyzing region-wise sales trend by visualization of data in Google Analytics and proposing marketing
plans to the franchisees to boost the sales.
• Providing marketing artwork design services including printable (flyers, posters, car wraps, store
exterior/interior etc.) and non-printable (website banners, social media posts, DM slides etc.)
• Complete content management of Edible international websites
• Reporting that includes Google Analytics, MailChimp, Web and Store orders.
• Customer accounts management
• Monitoring of live sales and escalating the issue in case of any abnormality
• Meeting strict deadlines to deliver the required tasks.
• Supervise quality assurance of responses and allied services of PRCS ambulances
• Corona Care Hospital, and pre-hospital care tasks
• Promote and conduct First Aid (FA) training in corporate sector, NGOs, industries, embassies, national, international, and multinational organizations.
• Ensure close and cordial coordination with clients.
• Ensure regular and accurate financial reporting of training
• Prepare and dispatch invoices and certificates of training.
• Database management of trained participants, finances, training, and clients for record keeping and tracking.
• Marketing of FA training by close working and coordination with Fund raising department to ensure sustainability of program.
• Other tasks assigned by managers e.g., volunteer supervision in campaigns and projects, budgeting etc.
