Primary Duties & Responsibilities
Coordination with District Health Officer, WHO, District administration Directorate Health KP and In Charges of Health facilities for the implementation of One Stop COVID centers in the rural areas of Districts Peshawar

Terms of Reference:
ZMC:
• Ensure strong liaison with all concerned tiers for prompt disposal of assigned tasks.
• Develop and execute internal field monitoring plan in accordance with the criteria as
laid down by the project.
• Participate in all relevant training sessions being conducted during LQAS round, and
as notified by the Training section.
• Travelling to any UC/Lot for field monitoring as and when instructed by National
Manager IFM.
• Understand and implement monitoring tools, PRA tools, LFA / LFM, FGD, project
indicators, Means of Verifications (MoV) as per requirement.
• Capacity to re-engineer the monitoring framework according the project design.
• Manage and interact with monitoring team from diverse background and effectively
utilize the skills of team members, in accordance with the required protocols.
• Maintain desired level of professional integrity and be accountable for adherence
with the LQAS code of conduct.
• Monitor, assess and evaluate performance of staff under jurisdiction.
• Perform any other assignment delegated in reference to LQAS, as and when assigned
by the Project Management Unit (PMU)
Master Trainer:

Duties and assignments:
Under the direct supervision of the Field Operation Manager, field Coordinator will be responsible for the overall management and implementation of RAST Project. His role and responsibilities will include the following:Â
A. Administrative tasks
1. Responsible for the overall administration of the project including staff management in close consultation and coordination with field operation manager.
2. Regularly guide and monitor staff performance and provide timely feedback for their improvement.
3. Responsible for the safety and security of the office and staff. Remain vigilant and up-to-date on security situation in DIKhan and project working areas. Coordinate with and keep the local security focal person informed of all related issues and promptly disseminate security advisories/alerts to staff received from the law enforcement agencies.Â
B. Project Management
1. Keep close coordination with government and key stakeholder including (WASH working group and WASH cluster) to ensure the effective implementation of the project
2. Establish participatory project management system (e.g. team building, project management committee) comprising of professional staff for joint decisions making and resolving issues to ensure efficiency, transparency and accountability.
3. Responsible for timely, efficient and effective utilization of resources.
4. Actively participate in coordination meeting with project targeted municipal authorities, local government, district administration, LEAs and other organization working in the project area.
5. Strictly assure the principle of do no harm in all social processes in the implementation (social, environmental, security, disasters).
6. Stimulate team spirit within the team and motivate and monitor staff performances for timely achievements of the project objectives by providing guidance to the involved staff.
7. Report any problem to Field operation manager, and contribute to find and implement the best solutions.
C. Planning, Implementation, Monitoring and Reporting
1. Responsible for the assessment of WASH and vulnerability context and planning, coordination and implementation of all planned interventions without compromising process.
2. Facilitate participatory elaboration of the Yearly Plan of Operation.
3. Responsible for effective monitoring and internal evaluation of the project, knowledge management and lesson learnt.Â
4. Ensure gender mainstreaming at all levels of Project and its implementation.
5. Managing technical and engineering components with project infrastructure engineer related to project.Â
6. Supervise physical interventions in coordination with government technical personnel and with project infrastructure engineer.
7. Facilitate monthly and quarterly review, prepare appropriate progress reports and present these reports to senior management team of EHSAR Foundation.
D. Networking and coordination
1. Responsible for establishing and maintaining relations /liaison with stakeholders, community, government partners and LEAs in the project area.

Participated in Variation Studies including Early Grade Reading Assessment (EGRA) Classroom
observations, Focal Group Discussions (FGDs), Teacher Inquiry Group observations (TIGs)
School Support Visits observation (SSVs) through tablets and hard documents in different districts
of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa i.e Nowhsera, Mansehra, Kohat, Haripur, Upper Dir, Dera Ismail Khan,
Karak, Swabi (Pashto). Impact evaluation studies of Urdu and Pashto in which i assessed
students and observed classes of PRP trained teachers, conducting Students assessment,
teacher classroom observations, interview of teachers, coaches and students. Also done roprting and transcriptions of the interviews.
