As a Project & Procument Manager I am responsible to manage the construction of all project in Alraheem Garden Phase 5 and Capital City Kala Shah Kaku.
Responsibility :
* Meeting with architect and structure Engineer.
* Preplan work schedule and match it with weekly execution.
*Provide BOQ and monthly Budget.
* Prepared contracts, subcontract agreement
*All purchase made based on three quotation and try to engaged potential vendors.
* Daily check the Execution of site work.
*Monthy meeting with CEO and informed him about the projects execution and requirements.
* Provide monthly budget to Finance manager for manage the cash flow as per our required budget.

As a project director I responsible to manage the project from start upto completion within the time frame. To manage the material, labor and try our level best to provide the best quality of work I have very professional team of every department of work.
