Lead the “Sanitation for Millions (S4M)” programme funded by the GiZ.
Key Accomplishments:

Worked closely with the Local Government Departments to strengthen waste governance mechanisms by engaging the local communities particularly communities residing in the hot spot areas.
Facilitated LGDs in designing awareness raising activities, material development as per local context, case studies on WASH and plastic waste management (reduction, reuse, recycling) and its effects on agriculture and food insecurity.
Conducted KIIs/FGDs with target groups in public and private sector, local communities/ beneficiaries to take their inputs on effective waste management, increase coverage and generate livelihood activities to support circular economy. 
Worked with key stakeholders to develop the Accountability Framework and Monitoring Progress of the Clean Green Pakistan Program focused on drinking water, total sanitation, hygiene, solid/plastic waste management and plantation.
Supported in tools development of National and Provincial Open Defecation Elimination (ODE) Plans to promote climate resilient infrastructure and sustaining Open Defecation Free (ODF) environment.
Prepared briefs on waste management for the MoCC to discourage use of plastic goods and plastic bags.
Established and functionalized a Third Party Monitoring secretariat housed at Federal Ministry of Climate Change.

Managing Inclusion and GESI Strategy in the Learning, Acting and Building for Rehabilitation in Health Systems (ReLAB-HS) multi country consortium project funded by the USAID

Performed feasibility study on ‘Strengthening Inclusive & Quality Eye Care Services’ in District Rahim Yar Khan, Punjab, Pakistan funded by CBM International.


Developed reporting and monitoring tools to assess regular provincial and districts Clean Green Pakistan performance reports for Ministry of Climate Change and Provincial Local Government departments.

Conceptualize and designed reporting and monitoring dashboard for educational institutions under the CGP.
Pilot tested Clean Green Program in target schools of Islamabad, funded by Save the Children.
Arranged and evaluated materials and information to comply with required reports, surveys, and analysis.
