Ensuring regularity in CO meeting and Ensuring 100% recovery on time.
Conduct household level appraisal of borrowers.
Assist Relationship officer in programme introduction.
Assist Relationship officer in cradit groups / indiviuals.
Help Relationship officer in documentation at branch and credit groups level.
Conduct credit groups meeting, support credit groups in maintaining indiviuals pass book of savings and keep credit groups members informed about their deposit.
Assist Relationship officer in loan appraisal and recovery.
As per need monitor utilization of loan appraisal and recovery.
Enducate borrowers for depsditing recovery in branch themselves.
Marketing for getting deposites.
Data Management Officer
• Refinement and cleaning of hard data and report generation.
• Maintenance of monthly data backup of office systems.
• Close liaison with IT department at PMU and daily progress reporting
• Coordination with field staff and district team lead.
• Excellent data base management for MSCA, registration, admission, mapping processes.
• Troubleshooting and installation of software (when required).
