Directly responsible for planning, implementation and timely execution of project activities along with the record management of agriculture and livestock related interventions at field level.Technical support in context specific project design and development at provincial level.Guide and collaborate with the team regarding project implementation in alignment with the envisaged impact.Proactively engage with the targeted communities to implement the agriculture and livestock specific interventions with sound background of livelihood project implementation/practical knowledge and its challenges in local context.Maintain and establish strong connection/liaison with the relevant line departments specifically livestock, agriculture, on-farm water management/irrigation and social welfare departments.Coordinate with the advocacy team and work effectively to contribute on joint advocacy related assignments with the relevant departments and institutions.Proactively remain engage with the counterparts working with other stakeholders in the same district and establish base for technical coordination.
Community mobilization at the field level, Conduct WASH and cash assistance assessment in the targeted area,
Formation of village level community for verification of beneficiaries.
Committee formation at the village level and to organize and conduct an assessment of flood affected households, especially, Women, Widow, girls, boys and people with disability.
Identify vulnerable families for financial support,
Identify flood - affected families with a high number of adolescent girls to provide them with dignity kits,
Complete record keeping of survey forms and submission of the assessment forms,
Reporting of program activities to the supervisor,
Facilitate activities that build the capacity of the community,
Provide the statistical data , reports and planning information to the Region for internal and external dissemination,
Work in collaboration with regional staff to develop capacity building partnerships in flood - affected districts, Coordinate with the government department / s and communities for relief activities,
Ensure regular field visits and high quality timely production of all deliverables,
Site selection for NFI distribution organized distribution and positioning of IEC materials,
Follow and ensure that gender , protection , local culture , and other important cross - cutting concerns are considered in program implementation, and reporting
