Conduct  clinical quality assurance review for clinicians
Provide supportive supervision to field teams and health care providers (all cadres), on-the-job coaching, and mentoring at on-site/field offices/health facilities

• Ensuring regular collation, analysis, review of program quality reports relevant to MNCH, and presenting achievable course correction recommendations for consideration and implementation

Working as CMW clinical instructor.
I established skill lab for the students for OSCE practices and demonstrated manikins in demonstration room to improve their practical skills along with studies. Moreover brought 45 students st to clinical site like (District headquarter and tertiary health center) so that, they get expert in all clinical practices by examining real patient.
