My most recent job was at M/S ibex as Customer Support Executive.
Earlier, I worked at different mulitnational and loocal companies in different Operations department. For example, I had a chance to work in the Operations related to Freight Forwarding, Imports, Customer Services and Tranposrt industry. All these departments added skills like pressure handling, time management, prioritizing task & activities, timely follow-up and book keeping.
Responsibilities:
• Provide chat support assistance to US based customers
• Solve customer queries regarding orders, billing & tracking
• Escalate complex issues to the relevant department
• Ensure calm and positive outcome even with desperate customers
Responsibilities:
• Ensure smooth operations for import shipments (air & sea)
• Coordinate with shippers, freight forwarding agents & End customers to ensure the deliverables
• Manage daily diaries of upcoming shipments
• Arrange necessary documents prior arrival of shipments
• Book keeping, data management & preparation of D/O
Responsibilities:
• Manage import operations to ensure smooth execution of shipments (air & sea) from multiple foreign Principals
• To liaise with banks, shippers and freight forwarders
• Prepare cost analysis report of shipments
*Apart from import operation responsibilities, I also served the organization for:
• HR Operations
• Placing job ads, conducting interviews & test
• Record keeping / documentation of all staff members
• Administrative tasks
• Preparations of official letters, correspondence with govt. and private departments • Registration of firm with new venders and customers
