Monitoring and Evaluation Tools: • Development and introduction of project tracking guidelines, tools, and techniques to capture project data for monitoring, reporting, and steering, and learning • Support to implementation of monitoring and evaluation policies and strategies including implementation of monitoring tools and standards • Development of Results Measurement Framework, Systems, methodology, and tools to ensure alignment with donor requirements Reporting and Donor Coordination: • Provide key inputs to reports on qualitative and quantitative monitoring data, with relevant consolidation and disaggregation that meets the SPC MEL needs • Provide key inputs to 6 Monthly Progress Reports, Annual Reports, Annual Work Plans, monitoring reports, and evaluative assessments • Provide ad hoc analytical support to the Technical Staff team and advisors Data Collection and Analysis: • Support to develop data collection methods, verify data, and improve cross-cutting issues understanding and linkages, so that the program staff has access to timely, relevant, and reliable information about progress and results. • Lead and maintain the monitoring and evaluation resources including development of databases and data collection systems for the division core programme funding • Coordinate quarterly data collection and analysis of programmes and projects’ progress. MEL Framework and Plans: • Develop M&E framework, plan, and guidelines for Programme and projects • Support program teams to develop and implement planning and reviews, and effectively monitor and report progress. • Drafting and development of annual M&E work plan, formulating the timelines in consultation with other program colleagues Capacity Building and Facilitation Sessions: • Strong capacity building skills through training and one to one support of implementing partners in developing countries both remote and in-person • Facilitate and support M&E related training and capacity building for Country Focal Officers, workshop participants, and core programme funding partners • Build capacity of partners in M&E as necessary and appropriate. 

Performance Monitoring and Program Management:
• Developed indicators and tracked the progress of the 13 different projects under the LORTA programme

• Updated the database of donors for the UNESCO Culture Sector of the Central American region
• Wrote a concept note on United Nations Trust Fund for Human Security and incorporated all the 5 components of UNESCO

Coordination and Partnership:
• Worked closely with the UNESCO Central American Country Programme offices (El Salvador, Honduras and Nicaragua)
