Develop, implement, monitor, and make reports on all urban projects (LFR, MMBS, BRT Peshawar and BRT Karachi)
Coordination with management of all Urban projects including Lahore feeder Route, Multan Metro Bus and Peshawar BRT in day-to-day activities including administration, operations and maintenance
Conduct regular audits to ensure operational functionality and presentation
Responsible for maintaining operational data and preparing the reports of all Urban Projects
Track weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports
Monitoring and supervising the Coordination Team at client’s (PMA) Control & Command Centre representing Daewoo
Oversee monitoring (Arfa-PMA) team to handle the daily issues in real-time
Mentor and support the learning and development of team members
Coordination with client (Punjab Mass Transit Authority) to address daily operational issues and activities
Communicate with clients (Punjab Mass Transit Authority) to address project Issues
Collect and analyze feedback from clients and project users to measure satisfaction and success
Manage deadlines/renewal (Fitness, Route Permits, PGs) and progress to ensure project continuity
Collaborate with the Senior Management Team to enhance operational efficiency
Liaise with and update progress to the client/senior management
Facilitate the development of periodic progress reports for submission to higher authorities
Handle customer and client complaints
Assist the line Manager in creating and monitoring the department’s operational daily issues
Coordinate with the Admin, HR, and Accounts department
Attending meetings with clients and senior management of the company
Joint surveys with clients and other stakeholders for the execution of new & existing routes
Ensure to submitting Invoice on each month and expedite the payment process
