I have an extensive background in managing/monitoring donor-funded gender/education related projects in remote and conflict-affected areas of Pakistan. I do possess experiences of working with for both international and local, I used my knowledge and experience in managing data, gender assemment planning, stakeholders consultation, team management, supervision, monitoring and evaluation tools , and reporting against project indicators. I have experience in budgeting, work planning, and conducting evaluations as MEAL Plan. On all these assignments. I have demonstrated teamwork, collaboration and open communication.
