Law and Litigation Officer
I am Assisting the manager corporate affairs in corporate matters, including filing the annual returns and other statutory documents. I am further assisting the corporate team in arranging BOD, Annual General Extra Ordinary General meetings of the company. I am also assisting the manager corporate affairs in Keeping and maintaining the record of the statutory books or registers and corporate records of the company. I help the corporate team in the filing of the trademarks of the company and keeping records of the trademark certificates and their expiration and renewals.
