Main Duties:
Ø  Provided off-site and on-site corrective and preventive maintenance as well as other after-sales technical support solutions.
Ø  Provided services in maintaining the Water Quality paramters of Boilers, Cooling Tower, RO Plant Sytem and Waste Water Treatment Plant.
Ø  Provided repairs, tests and maintenance of equipment; monitors performance of the industrial system; maintains product manuals; provides clients with regular reports and feedback on their service requests.
Ø  Provided technical assistance to the Technical Engineers in designing and commissioning of water and waste water treatment plant.
Ø  Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products or services to prospective clients.
Ø  Recommend improved materials or machinery to customers, showing how changes will lower costs or increase production.
Ø  Confer with customers and engineers to assess equipment needs and to determine system requirements.
Ø  Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and provide sales support.
Ø  Determining improvements by analyzing cost-benefit ratios of equipment, supplies, or service applications in customer environment and engineering or proposing changes in equipment, processes, or use of materials or services.
