Working with students for guidance/ counseling, administering psychometric testing, group counseling, managing workshop, intervention planning, rehab and rebuilding, enhancing student-teacher interaction, teacher’s capacity building programs, team management, recruitment and hiring of new teachers, conducting job-interviews and psychological assessment of applicants, job appraisals for teachers, policy making for students and staff and teaching Applied Psychology at graduation level (B.A/B.Sc, PU affiliation) are the on-going responsibilities that I am handling.
My notable achievements are
1. On-going guidance/counseling of 457 students, keeping daily track, maintaining files and records of all activities.
2. Psychometric testing/evaluation/discussion of students in separate record files in terms of personality, intelligence and aptitude (class prep to class graduation inclusive, almost 3000 student population).
3. Conducting series of workshop on career counseling, inviting a guest speaker to guide students of class matric, gradation and FSc.
4. Intervention planning of referred cases and involving parents/teachers for behavioural improvements.
5. Creating space for student teacher integration/discussion in amendment classes and monthly sessions, guidance/counseling of teachers in capacity building program.
6. Managing a team of student guides who volunteer to help other students in counseling/guidance.
7. Job appraisals, educational policy guidelines, hiring/selection/interview procedures enactment and improvement of teaching practices.
8. Educating parents and teachers about what are age-specific emotional/behavioural/learning issues and how to tackle them.
9. Writing pamphlets, developing yearly reports and issuing self-guide manuals are on-going projects.
10. Teaching Applied Psychology (BA) 3rd Year students at graduation level.

CBT learning under supervision of skilled therapists, assistance in rehab process and intervention, practical implication and theory work, counseling of 5 clients every day, reducing therapy length, increasing effectiveness, managing the client homework, assistance in seminars, inviting life coaches and coordinating with clients’ families and friends. Notable achievements are as follows.
1. Motivational plans for counseling
2. Reading/writing/discussion amongst clients on life skills
3. Self-disciplinary practice coaching
4. Meditational practices.

Observing educational environment; observing classroom aspects in terms of physical settings, teaching practices, learning capacity, and psychological build-up; developing interventions for observed problems in classroom; identifying and working with referred case studies and recommending solutions were major responsibilities. The internship was done as per degree requirement for my MSc Psychology.

Working for research on my thesis \"Psychopathic Personality Traits among Incarcerated Criminals\" in the prison setup of Islamabad/Rawalpindi, collecting data by structured interview method from upto 300 convicted/non-convicted criminals, later applying demographics and linking multiple traits in variation of demographic groups. The thesis was done as per degree requirement of MSc Psychology.

Working with drug-addicts in a drug-rehab center, counseling, developing intervention plans, monitoring/evaluating the track of intervention and rehabilitation, record-maintenance of the counseling sessions, meeting family members for developing rehab-designs in order to speed up recovery of clients were the major responsibilities.

Teaching English during summer camp classes to children of class Montessori - class 5; helping students develop reading/writing/speaking skills in English language; using written practices, oral testing; listening/speaking practices; improving spelling, creative writing and reading skills were main stakes of the job.
