3. Conducting series of workshop on career counseling, inviting a guest speaker to guide students of class matric, gradation and FSc.
4. Intervention planning of referred cases and involving parents/teachers for behavioural improvements.
5. Creating space for student teacher integration/discussion in amendment classes and monthly sessions, guidance/counseling of teachers in capacity building program.
6. Managing a team of student guides who volunteer to help other students in counseling/guidance.
7. Job appraisals, educational policy guidelines, hiring/selection/interview procedures enactment and improvement of teaching practices.
8. Educating parents and teachers about what are age-specific emotional/behavioural/learning issues and how to tackle them.
9. Writing pamphlets, developing yearly reports and issuing self-guide manuals are on-going projects.
