To achieve project objectives and service projections, I developed cluster based approach and identified far flung spots/private and public health providing centers in the district to develop a service provision web, where our clinical teams provided services which resulted in achievement of intended service projections and enhanced organizational visibility in the district. This was strategy which was then adopted at national levels after its success.
