Project: Empowering Citizens in Punjab by Linking Local Property Tax Collections to Local Services
• Leading the stakeholder engagement in Lahore & Faisalabad with the City Commissioner Office, Excise & Taxation Department and Local Government Department to secure bureaucratic approvals for development projects worth PKR 180 million.• Leading a field-team of 15 individuals to collect data of municipal services in 120 neighborhoods in two major cities and coordinated with a team of 15 government contractor responsible for execution of municipal services within the deadline.• Created a monitoring system to observe the progress of delivery of municipal services in 120 neighborhoods in two cities which showed speed of project execution and completion within the deadline.• Implemented a community engagement activity to create awareness about the importance of property tax payments by recruiting more than 50 local activists in the neighborhoods of two cities.• Representing the project in key meetings with city and state level government executives• Managing complete service delivery under the project in Lahore and Faisalabad

Responsible for new product induction and collection launches along with occasional sales.

Responding to queries and complaints of company’s employees.
