Summary
I am currently working as a Customer Service Officer at
Gulzada Groups of Travel. My role encompasses a variety
of responsibilities including public relations, customer
engagement, and communication with agents. I explain
our travel packages and services to clients, assist in
recovering payments from both agents and customers,
and handle visa processing. Additionally, I manage
ledger adjustments for our clients and customers to
ensure accurate and up-to-date financial records. My
diverse skill set and dedication to customer satisfaction
have equipped me to handle various aspects of
customer service effectively and efficiently.
