REFINERY SALES OFFICER– Current

POL Products:
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:
1. Plan refinery product allocation/supply schedule after consultation with operations & oil movement department.
2. Plan and implement marketing and sales strategies to promote the supply of petroleum products to OMCs.
3. Manage and accommodate customer requirements while ensuring the interests of refinery.
4. Analyze sales figures and forecast future sales volumes to ensure product availability and maximize profits.
5. Handle customer complaints with respect to product quality.
6. Continuous analysis of sales with respect to Oil industry demand and pricing trend, in order to maintain Supply Chain activates with most favorable results.
7. Operate Sale & Purchase Agreements with Oil Marketing Companies (OMCs).
8. Develop, track and update, revise and review business plan in consultation with other departments.
LPG/Naphtha
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:
1. Ensure achievement of Business Plan Targets Goals (Volume & Margin) for LPG Business
2. Supervision the day –to-day running of the LPG Sales Network in collaboration with other support departments i.e Finance, Trading Supply and Operation and Procurement among others
3. Manage LPG yard stock levels and liaising with the Supplies to ensure all time product availability.
4. Issuance of tenders for naphtha export and finalize the award of contract after approval Head of Customer Services.
5. Keep close liaison with Logistics, Shipping and Quality Lab during export of naphtha.
6. Keep close liaison with Finance for payment receipt from exporter.
