Acmetel being one of the largest carriers of international voice traffic withmore than 150 interconnects around the globe including major LDIs &Operators of Asia & Middle east which offer services including voice inbound/outbound transit using VoIP Platforms offering core routes to Pakistan, India,Bangladesh, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Iran, Nigeria, Sudan, Yemen, Eritrea &Turkey.Products:VOS 5000 Soft Switch (Wholesale Operations)Zen desk (NOC Ticketing Portal)Softphone/Testing tools (Arptel, X-lite, Micro-sip)Responsibilities: Management Operations of VOS5000 soft switch. Provisioning of A-Z destinations & routing e.g. LCR, Percentage routing, Distribution routing. ANI based routing, Carrier group distribution, Capacity based routing. Diagnose & escalate technical issues & coordinate with various stakeholders. Capacities management to the carriers as per commercial guidelines. Ensuring maximum port utilization as per commercial's targets. Traffic monitoring, Alarm monitoring, Carrier balance monitoring, Network performance monitoring. Fault handing, Customer complaint handling, QoS Monitoring. Preparation of hourly traffic reports, Daily reports, weekly reports for VoIP traffic. New Interconnect addition, testing and commissioning & Capacity enhancement activities. CDR Reconciliation with billing teams for new interconnects. Analyzing Call Data Records (CDRs) and pointing out the technical reasons for issues bugs Like High PDD, Low ACD, Low ASR, FAS issue etc. Coordination with different internal/external departments/customers for Head-to-Head testing Resolve issues related to (Codec, ASR, ACD, FAS, Voice Quality, Echo etc.).

➢ Configure role in server like DNS, DHCP and AD in Window server.➢ Install Domain Controller (DC) and Configure GPO and OUs.➢ Configurations of Cisco Switches, Routers and different Wireless APs.➢ Solve Network Printer and Scanner issues.➢ Configure user Account setting permission and policies in Active Directory (AD).➢ Maintain Company data center related to IT Equipment’s (Servers, Ups, Batteries).➢ Handling desktop users and problem management in desktop area.➢ CCTV Camera installation and Configuration.

➢ Configuration of Cisco Routers and Switches and make all types of CAT cable. ➢ Network infrastructure implementation.
➢ IP Cameras installion and configuration through PoE Switch and PoE injector. ➢ IT Helpdesk Administration
➢ Wireless Router (Access Point) configuration and connect wireless (AP) on a LAN.
➢ Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications
➢ CCTV Cameras installation and configuration. (Hikvision and Sanyo)
➢ Works on Different types of Media Converter like Ethernet and Gigabit media converter.
