• Answers inquiries from customers regarding borrowing and saving accounts and other bank products.
• Records all transactions in system promptly, accurately and in compliance with bank procedures.
• Identifies customers, validates and processes cash payments and deposits from customers.
• Receives and counts working cash at beginning / closing of day, arranges cash in order as per clean note policy of State Bank of Pakistan and balances cash and checks in cash drawer at the end of each working day.
• Explains and promotes bank products and services to customers.
• Attempts to resolve issues and problems with customer’s accounts.
• Performs and assumes other duties and responsibilities as required by the Management.
