Internet Usage Control By using Ip address

Scope: In this project internet usage is controlled through router. Limited users are allowed to connect with internet. IP subnet technique are used which reduce the cost of internet. Server’s cost is reduced Introduction: Internet usage control will provide an organization maximum benefits to control the traffic of internet. Different departments have limited access to the internet. Cost of live IP will reduce. For internet usage control a server is required which is very much costly and very difficult to maintain. In this project routers are directly configured which also reduce the cost of server. Modules/Functionalities: • Different departments have different type of access to internet. • HR department have access of http and ftp traffic only. • Marketing department have access of ftp, http and video traffic only. • External affairs department have access of http traffic only. • Main department have access of all type of traffic. • Raw material department have access of audio, http and ftp traffic. • Health department have both audio and http traffic.
