Professional Summary: I am a development professional with around 10 years of diversified experience, and vigorous conceptual & analytical skills in designing, research and developing of projects with fixate on PMEAL especially in emergency project. In integration, my long association with the development sector provided me with ample opportunities to understand the dynamics of human development and issues hampering its efficacious development with hands-on experience in the EU, Oxfam Novib, UNICEF, DFID, JICA, and Swiss Solidarity funded Projects.
I have been part of two emergencies Pakistan flood 2010 and Punjab floods 2014 in response the humanitarian issues.
I have got significant experience working within the humanitarian sector and a solid understanding of humanitarian principles. I have managed various kinds of research, evaluation services to the development sector’s clients over the past several years across Pakistan. Further, I have rich expertise in concept note development, baseline/KAP surveys, evaluation, quality research, data analysis, and technical report writing.
My professional careers which inter-program development, funding & quality, and research toil have the requisite acumen and experience apart from being qualified. I have the distinction of possessing demonstrated track record of assessing, designing, and implementing national and international projects successfully. Keeping in view my immense previous experience with fixating on program development, monitoring, and evaluation, organizational development and policy needs formulation in compliance with both organizational and donor requirements are the key factors that make me most eligible to undertake the responsible and challenging position.
1 MEAL Tool Development and Data Management:
· Developed and implemented a robust monitoring and evaluation system that ensured tracking of project/program results at different levels (outputs, outcomes, and impact).
· Developed/ Adopted an integrated database of all country projects/programs and ensure accountability through regular data updates, data integrity, and working in collaboration with the data processors
2 Track Physical & Financial Progress:

Contribute in FFS extension materials development
· The Food Security and Livelihoods project officer is responsible for providing operational support all FSL projects.
· To provide the means to improve and secure food production. Responsibilities include developing new projects (in coordination with the project manager, area team leaders and GAM).
· To coordinate, manage resources and implement FSL activities, including supervising project staffs, overseeing project implementation and management, and working closely with government counterparts.
· To conduct and coordinate needs assessments, project design, technical designs, coordinating with local partners and preparing monthly and quarterly progress reporting, evaluation and monitoring, weekly planning and reporting.
· To coordinate the implementation of food security and livelihood projects/interventions and with the line government departments at County.
