Currently working as, a project manager and senior Quality Assurance Engineer.
Managing 5 teams for different products. One product is VPN services provider and one is AI based project and also working with Huawei.
Using Azure Devops (TFS) to manage the project.
Working on Agile methodologies.
Different technical meetings are being maintained in management department which are being conducted by me. Daily stand up, sprint planning meeting, weekly progress meeting, Retrospective meetings with 5 teams. Working on work accuracy and burn down charts to check the risks in the sprints and mitigate them if needed.
Using Test link (Test Case Management tool) to write test cases of each feature and automating features in selenium framework. Using web driver to check the automation scripts results on different browsers.
