The largest vertically integrated textile company of Pakistan and manufacturers of quality fabric.Electro-Mechanical/ Mechatronics Engineer: (Nov 2018 – Present)Exposure with Masood Textile Mills includes working in General Maintenance Department as Elecro-Mechanical Engineer. Core learning/ Responsibility areas are:– Responsible for Maintenance and Smooth Operation of Screen Printing, Digital Printing, and Curing Bed Press Machines and Roll Dgital designing Machines– To ensure proper health and safety techniques for wokers during corrective, Preventive, and BreakDown maintenance activities– Worked with Chinese team for Erection and Commissioning of Link Machines– Troubleshooting of direct current relay based control panels and ectronic cards– To coordinate with PLC programming Team using WinProladder software– Designed a two modes (Manual & Auto) close loop control circuit using temperature controller, IC Timer, Magnetic Contractor, Push Button and Limit Switches for Curing Machine– Collaborated with three member Portuguese team for Erectioning and Commissioning of S-Roq Screen Printing Machine– Troubleshooting of Solenoid Valves and reed switches used for Pneumatic system in Machines– Installed and Commissioned 8-Head Printing Machine under my own supervision
