Dear Sir/Madam,


I have accomplished my MS (Management Sciences). Recently I have worked as a School Support Associate with World learning. Facilitated in-service professional development activities that included face-to-face trainings and Supported teachers in implementation of newly learned concepts and skills through regular follow-up support visits. Conducted community mobilization meetings for school development and promotion of reading culture. Motivated community members to pay their contribution in promotion of reading culture and make a well-educated society. Regarding this establishment of community based libraries, community provided space for reading, construction of library rooms, donation of books and other material for reading improvements in early grades.


Expecting to contribute my own experience based learning about my local community and their role. I expect to gain Sessions on child protection, safeguarding, reading, conflict resolution, disaster preparedness, vulnerable groups, effective communication skills and leadership, trainings on women ownership, their role in community, how they can improve their community. I have also worked as a Principal in Dar-e-Arqam School Systems and as a Teacher in Army Public School Systems.


I am eager to work for the disadvantaged segment of the society. I thrive in both independent and collaborative work environments. I have strong interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills. I hope that I have capabilities to fulfil the necessities and requirements of Organization through the best use of my knowledge, skills and experience.
