I have used to prepare the Business Cases of varied clients services\' request which was developed in order to estimate the actual cost of delivering the requested service to the client which includes the following details: the cost of delivering the service, the payback period ( i.e.: when the dept will start earning the revenue from the order, in short the calculation of number of months.)

I have also prepared the Weekly Dashboards and KPI\'s (Key Performance Indicator) of the Dept twice a time on the designed format of the company through the help of a software..

I have also designed the Training Sessions on different topics including \" Business English, Personality Grooming & Corporate Etiquette\'s.

The daily work includes the consistent monitoring of the services being delivered to the customer within the targeted time by keeping the other departments in loop including the Data Center & Cloud Computing Dept, Billing Dept, Finance Dept, & SCM.

Have also prepared reports and sheets related to the same context of service delivery, payment receipts, receivables, (in a certain circumstance: write offs, recoveries) i.e.: NOR etc.

Responsible for grooming, providing the right direction and guidance and delivering the reliable knowledge in the righteous and best possible way to students. This job didn\'t only consist of one-end learning but it was a two-way learning process.
