My objective as an Assistant Senior Supervisor  is to utilize my advance expertise in developing electrical frameworks for the company to geared towards enhancing and maximizing reliability. Most of my experience have been involved in conducting all the planned Maintenance, Emergency breakdowns, that happened while on Shifts, Creating updated Log sheets, Inspection on Site regarding any Safety Hazard. Having both Technical skills as well in Management, Capability of understanding Sematic Diagrams, BTDS , ATS SYSTEMS, MCC PANEL, MDB PANEL, TRANSFORMERS, EARTHING, P.F PANEL, AHU PANEL, VFD COMMISSION & PARAMETERS, MOTORS, TROUBLESHOOTING, LV/MV. Even having sufficient knowledge in ELECTRONICS, SEMI- CONDUCTORS, SCR.   Responsibilities for monitoring and supervising operation, maintenance, installation and repair of equipment and maintain records of equipments also listing and maintain all spare parts of equipment.   Handling preventive maintenance activities planning scheduling shut down maintenance daily maintenance, Break down maintenance, Maintain daily activities of plant. Trying to reduce down time of the plant and trouble shooting shut down planning preparation of bar charts.   LV Panels Control System Monitoring TOBs Assembling & Installation on Rising Main BTD (440V, 2500A). Troubleshooting, Testing & Commissioning of LV Panels before energizing a new line/System. Fault Declaration   Maintain a record of daily Consumption of Energy units of LV Panels of LV Control Room & other assigned activities under Siemens Project Team. Report regularly to higher management updating them about Project status. Working on Preparation of Snag-list of project activities and supervising the sub-contractor teams for closing the snags.

Manage & supervise Automation Systems related to Rolling mill & Conveyor beltlts. Monitor correct function of automation systems. Ensure proper calibration of Motors or Controling the speed limits for the proper result as directed by the production manager.Define & implement Preventive Maintenance activities and ensure they are carried out. Budget, plan and execute correct methods to as an outcome of failures, preventive, predictive maintenance.(Raw Materials)Develop scope of work for major turnaround, ensure availability of required material and services.Supervise the execution of Mechanical faluts as well.Design, specify and implement minor modifications (including emergency situations). Initiate engineering management of change process for modifications,like proper cabeling through out the cabletray.Ensure compliance to local regulations and obtain necessary approvals as well.Solving Root Cause Failure Analysis & Investigate any automation system related trips.Determine pre-requisites to restart after a trip & report related repair cost and classify every related trip in downtime reporting along with the root cause analysis of the incident.

Organizing routine servicing schedules Allocating work to a team of Supervisor. Checking and calibrating instruments to make sure they are accurate. Prioritize the maintenance and repairs of company equipment and Fitting new parts. Carrying out quality inspections. Responding immediately to equipment breakdowns. Fixing faults or arranging for replacements to be installed. Keeping production managers informed of progress. Supervise the work of plant technicians for Automation Systems related activities and coach them. Manage & supervise Automation Systems related work. Bypassing of any interlocks against a permit to work. Monitor correct function of automation systems. Ensure proper calibration of instruments and analytical systems. Define & implement Preventive Maintenance activities and ensure that equipments is operational, Execute corrective maintenance as an outcome of failures, preventive, predictive maintenance. Develop scope of work for major turnaround, ensure availability of required material and services. Supervise the execution of turnaround work. Design, specify and implement minor modifications (including emergency situations). Initiate engineering management of change process for modifications. Ensure compliance to local regulations and obtain necessary approvals. Implement corrective actions from audits and Root Cause Failures.

Good knowledge of LT panels, bus coupler.DC motor Installation & Testing,  Invertor Installation, D.C drive, Connections & parameter settings.Routine Cheack list of all equipments.Connections of MCB In pannels and fault tracing.
