Production Executive
· Responsible for achieving production targets and quaity of all products.
· Supervising team of 50 members including technicians ,stores incharge and other staff members and providing them technical guidance.
· Communicating with higher managment for execution of production plan and maintaining inventory stock.
· Inspection of quility of products and raw materials such as chemicals as well as packaging meterial.
· Responsible to ensure online as well as finished products quality.
· Maintaining Production reports, quality reports, inventory stock etc.
· Responsible for maintaining and execution of production following all SOP’s and health and safety standards.
· Added two new production and packing lines for Toilet Bowl cleaner and Bathroom cleaner.
Assistant Engineer Production
· Controlling all process variables for smooth operation and maximise production,optimise utilitiesa and system efficient.
· Manage all KPI's of CPO plant.
· Technical evaluations of different process requirements.
· Planning and execution of work according to specifications and requirement.
· Maintain Log sheets,Production reports, Quallity reports, Utility reports and stock reports.
· To manage the raw materials and all quality measures upto the target.
· Control quality parameters of cooking oils/ Palm oil/Olien/Fatty acid as per company and ISO quality requirement.
· Operate PLC, assist managers and manage shifts.
· Responsible for issuing of job work orders and record equipment history.
· Taking part in prepare, coordinate, follow up on relevant technical queries and inspection.
