• Managing and leading the project team, recruiting project staff and consultants.
• Managing co-ordination between working groups engaged in project work and make sure project deliverables in line with the project plan.
• I am responsible of managing and driving change through the organization and prioritizing project goals with other ongoing projects.

• Define the objectives for the business by strategically planning and setting achievable and realistic goals by assessing the company’s resources, capital and people. When required rewarding and also disciplining the performance of employees.
• Coordinate with all levels of management to gather, analyze, summarize, and prepare recommendations regarding financial plans, acquisition activity, trended future requirements, and operating forecasts, using Excel and SPSS. Prepare Annual Budgets for the company, and provide guide line on financing requirements.
• Create, maintain, and update financial databases and spreadsheets, to ensure the efficient tracking of financial data. Perform Financial Analysis of existing and upcoming projects, products and services based on Elasticity and Economies of Scale, using Excel. Utilize my analysis to highlight areas of needed improvement and propose decisions to address root cause issues to improve company’s performance.
• Coordinate with Sales and Operations departments and generates various financial reports to ensure clarity among the different departments.
