Update Company Ledger of invoices and claims

Prepare Monthly Bills and subcontractor accounts details.
Handle site accounts related to supplier’s LC opening, payments and supporting documents.
Making quotations & comparison for materials
Coordinate with the suppliers for material delivery
Prepare material requisitions needed at the site
Filling & organizing all documents
Recording and updating databases on Ms Excel.
Prepare correspondences and other important documents
Prepare Inspections, RFIs, submittal & transmittal sheets
