Mr Inayat Ali Sahito is young energetic and self motivated community development professional, having masters in sociology. He has ten years working experience with national and international organizations in Pakistan. He has performed duties in the varieties of field tasks i.e. Research work, surveys, Community development, social mobilization, non formal education, monitoring amp evolution, team management, community physical infrastructures, , advocacy on national and international issues particular WTO policies ,capacity building programmes for community and teaching staff. and rehabilitation amp emergency projects and program.
To support implementation team to identified gaps of the program.
To monitor all staff activities according to ASD.
To Develop Monthly, Quarterly reports submit to line Manger.
To Develop Strong coordination with district Health department and administration of Tando Mohd Khan.
1. To make sure that project is implemented according to the conditions agreed in Project agreement and all concerned staff conform it properly.
2. To develop M&E plan together with responsible Project Coordinator. This plan should take into account the implementation time, frequency of monitoring, reporting time, review time and evaluation of the project.
3. To prepare M&E tools (format/forms) to collect monitoring data and data analyzing.
4. To ensure that outputs/outcomes indicators are delivered as planned to achieve project results/objectives.
5. To see that monitoring is regularly done according to schedule and monitoring reports are submitted to DED weekly, monthly, quarterly and annually.
6. To ensure through monitoring that cost effectiveness is maintained and work is done efficiently and expected quality is maintained.
7. To ensure that the project is contributing towards overall goal/impact of the project.
8. To report immediately any deviation from the plan and indicate reasons for such deviation. Also ensure that any changes made in plan are endorsed by the partner and PVDP management.
9. To ensure that participatory approaches are followed from establishing baseline information to planning, implementing, monitoring, reviewing and evaluation are under taken in a participatory manner fully involving the communities and the project staff.
10. To ensure active participation of women beneficiaries in all phases of the project cycle.
11. Regularly review and improve the M&E system by seeking stakeholders’ inputs and through consultations with partner representatives.
12. Responsible to well present the project at the forums heading by Govt. or any network of CSOs in absence of the Project Coordinator.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
A: Information Management
In collaboration with other members of the WASH team, design and manage assessments and baseline studies in order to identify WASH-related health risks with reference to both physical and behavioral aspects.
1. Design and manage a plan to monitor activities, outputs and impact and adapt the program as needed.
2. Design and manage periodic studies to measure progress and the health impact of the WASH intervention.
3. Provide regular and reliable narrative and financial reports.
4. Work together with other WASH team members to ensure that the various aspects of the WASH response are integrated, and that they form part of a coherent public health response.
5. Coordinate assessments, plans, and activities with other agencies (governmental and non-governmental), as necessary. Participate in cluster coordination meetings as appropriate.)
B: Implementation
Ensure and oversee the following activities:
Identification of key hygiene practices to be addressed and sectors of the population with whom to engage and develop an appropriate communications strategy to promote safe practices.
1. Identification, or facilitation, of community structures through which the WASH activities can be implemented.
2. Mobilization of the disaster-affected communities as appropriate for participation in planning, construction, operation, and maintenance of WASH facilities and services.
3. Design, implementation, and monitoring of WASH activities that is appropriate to specific sectors of the community, e.g. children, youths, women, and men.
4. Identification of any need for the distribution of non-food items related to public health, such as containers, soap, hygiene kits, etc., and participation in the choice of items, targeting strategy, promotion of effective use, and post-distribution monitoring.
C: Resources Management
1. Manage Hygiene Promoters.
2. Manage day-to-day related logistics, administration, and personnel activities (including any local, contracted personnel/daily labour) in accordance with national law and organizational guidelines.
D: Program Approach
Ensure that Hygiene Promotion activities are in line with relevant standards, codes of conduct, and humanitarian principles.
1. Use participatory approaches as a far as possible throughout the program cycle, in training, and in the use of tool kits and other materials.
2. Ensure that Hygiene Promotion activities and resources are implemented and handed over or ended in a way that promotes local capacities and sustainable operations.
3. Ensure that gender, protection, HIV, the environment, and other important crosscutting concerns are taken into account in program design, implementation, and reporting; ensure that activities reflect the needs of specific groups and individuals e.g. elderly people, children, and people with disabilities.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Conduct field surveys/assessments; document such assessment including construction practices
• Provide advice to community on UN-HABITAT information and activities
• Assist in the identification of projects related issues for the community
• Ensure collection of field survey information and prepare related documentation
• Mobilizing community for timely completion of projects
• Ensure adherence to UN-HABITAT operational policies, procedures and standards of conduct
• Facilitate community consultation, meetings, training, demonstration activities, village mapping, community action plan and capacity building of the community
• Supervise the daily activity of the Housing, Watson, Hygiene Promotion etc
• Help community in opening of bank accounts
• Perform any other task assigned by the supervisor
