· Periodic monitoring, evaluation and ensure smooth functioning of the university\'s ongoing processes.
· Determining and implementing policies and procedures
· To ensure compliance with HEC policies on all going programs.
· To meet all these targets and keep a check and monitoring of the service delivery as well.
