After refusing to be promoted to team lead in customer services due to some internal complications, I was chosen for another new project in restaurant operations which required only the best agents so that we could help it grow. We started the project with only about 7 to 10 people and in 1 year, our team\'s performance ensured that we get a bigger piece of the pie. From just roughly 10 people, our team has turn into teams amounting close to 100 agents and counting. As of now, restaurant operation team is hands down the best job to have in MindBridge.

After wrap up of Travly, I hit the ground running at MindBridge. Right from the first month, I was taking highest number of calls which got me noticed by management and I always became the first pick for any new projects like NorthAm shift of a project which was given to MindBridge for couple months. After showing my performance there I was quickly promoted to team coordinator. I managed my well and made sure that it was the strongest team capable of taking most calls and doing the most number of tickets on any given day.

As Travly raised investment, I took on the role of Chief Financial Officer as i was the only one from my batch who got an A in Accounting. Learned
everything about accounting from Accounting Coach and applied all that knowledge to reconcile all bank and cash accounts and passed annual
audit in 2016 and 2017.
At Travly my work included managing everything that had to do with money ranging from procurement of supplies and assets to customer invoicing
and debt recovery, all relations with banks, invoicing to customers and following up with their queries, driver payments and finally employee salary
disbursements.
Travly gave me hands on experience which just books would have never given me and i also managed to learn and gain expertise on the following
accounting softwares; Wave Accounting, Quick Books and Xero Accounting.

As Travly ventured into on demand rickshaw service, from just a bus route android application; we lacked customer support representatives when
we shifted our office from DHA to Johar town. During these 2 months, I managed a 16 hour on call, text and website customer support as well as
driver dispatch software. Seeing my skillset in this domain i kept the role of customer support when it came to customer escalation and later on
dealing with all user\'s payment related concerns linked to their monthly invoices.

Generating business plans, feasibility studies, mockups for our websites, android applications and lead generation was part of my task at 404
Solutions as a Chief Business Development Officer.
