VTI offers IT Technician course of 14 months
In this course, we cover from basics to intermediate level, in which we provide the students, the deep knowledge of computer hardware, intro to motherboard components, their functionality. Troubleshooting of different issues/problems. When the training completes the basics, administration level begins. In this level, students deal with the configuration of different versions of windows desktop/ Server. In Server OS, student covers different roles & features i.e DNS, DHCP, IIS, VPN, Win Deployment Services, Update Services etc. In the security domain, we offer some more Microsoft tools like Threat management Gateway etc.

My responsibilities are to provide practical demos to the student and made their skills hands-on. Prepare practical test to assess the trainee performance. Ratio between theory and practical is 2:8.

 Maintain IT Help Desk.
 Resolve queries via phone or visit
 Assist IT Manager in all IT, office, Doc issues Install new servers and configuration for deployment Troubleshooting IT

 The configuration of Routers & Switches

 All other task is given by the IT Manager or CEO etc.
