3.      Online cross-check of pet empty bottles analysis of empty like (sectional weight, empty crack test, pet bottle burst test, filled bottled crack test, top load test, base clearance test) in QA lab.
4.      Handling of non- conforming raw material and finish goods.
5.      To ensure 100% execution of inspection plans of all Raw materials in SAP.
6.      Online cross check of mineral water Aquafina (ozone, pH, nitrogen pressure, conductivity and TDS).
7.      CO2 purity analysis problems identification and troubleshooting, sensory of CO2.
8.      To super wise all manufacturing operations by implementation of GMPs, HACCP, food safety risk assessment and audit coordination with the plant team PepsiCo international audits like global audit & third party audit like AIBI.
9.      Microbiological testing of raw water, Raw material, process equipment’s, finish products and environment (total plate count, yeast, mold, E.coli and Aciduric bacteria).
10.  To minimize CSD, NCB and Mineral Water (Aquafina) consumer complaints.
11.  Ensure smooth operation of Water Treatment Plant and Maintenance, UF and RO. Ensure Monitoring of water used in beverage production & controlling it successfully to meet the company standards.
12.  To ensure Sugar Dissolving & Syrup Manufacturing Plant Operations.
13.  Ensure Quality Operation of Production Lines & Focus on 3D Quality results. 
14.  Manage facility programs like GMP, IPM, GLP, MCP and Calibration Program.
15.  Ensure implementation Quality system parameters which covers ISO 9001, FSSC 22000, ISO 14001, VACCP, TACCP and HACCP (PRP, OPRP, SCP and CCPs).
16.  Designed the programs, standard operation procedures, Quality Plan, Quality Manual, Forms, Attachments and Work Instructions.
17.  Review and analyze Quality issues to carry out root cause analysis for failures and (CAPA) corrective action and preventive action.
18.  Ensure the three steps and five steps CIP system and also ensure the COP of all lines.
19.  Ensure the FIFO & LEFO implementation and product traceability.
20.  Maintain documentation of all incoming (RM) along with COC and COA.
21.  Artwork evaluation.
