Summary

After completing my education, I began my professional journey as a Unit Incharge at Thardeep Rural Development Program on October 19, 2004. After three years, I transitioned to the banking sector, starting as a Team Leader/Relationship Manager at a bank on November 12, 2007.


Recognized for my leadership and management abilities, I progressed to become a Branch Manager at The First Microfinance Bank Ltd, where I dedicated five years of service and achieved notable success. Seeking new challenges, I joined Al Habib Bank as Manager Operations, contributing to its growth and efficiency for one year.


Driven by my passion for development work, I transitioned back to the development sector, assuming the role of District Manager at Sindh Rural Support Organization. Over time, I have grown within the organization to my current position as Senior District Manager, where I continue to make meaningful contributions and now I have resumed the charge of SRSO region and performing the duties of Regional Manager Hyderabad.

-          Ensuring the transparent disbursement and 100% revolving and recovery of funds.
-          Maintain the funds of the community through bank accounts in different banks.
-          Provide technical assistance to communities in undertaking viable and sustainable income-generating enterprises through CIF/IFL.
-          Maintain the 99% recovery rate of CIF, IFL and SMSEs loan in district khairpur.
-          Maintain an efficient record of all transactions and comply with the financial, HR, Procurement and other rules and regulations of the organization.
-          Provide leadership to the district establishment in carrying forward the programs/ projects under implementation for the wellbeing of the local communities.
-          Recently, I worked in emergency situations in Sindh with the Sindh government and other international donors.
-          Assessing losses, providing relief, and now, in the recovery and rehabilitation phase,
-          Provide regular reports to the Head office on the ongoing programs/ projects and undertake trouble shooting for a smooth and professional management at district level.
