Responsibilities included:

• CS & PS Core experience which involve SGSN, GGSN, USN/MME, UGW(S-GW, P-GW), DPI, HSS, PCRF, MSC, HLR, STP, and MGW.
• Responsible for Performance management, fault management, and Issue correlation of nodes and services using Huawei NMS.
• Monitoring and analysis of 2G/3G/LTE KPIs and alarms.
• 3G/4G data throughput surveillance and analysis.
• Monitoring and Analysis of LTE EPC. The EPC network is buildup of USN, UGW, PCRF, and OCS.
• Responsible for Core Traffic KPIs complete Analysis and Management for keeping KPIs as per SLA (Service Level Agreement).
• Carry out fault investigation and issue correlation before escalated to team.
• Provide First Level System Support with expertise to resolve fault issues.
• Manage trouble ticket escalated to the Support Team when needed for resolving network problem and track the trouble ticket until resolution.
• Regular review and update RCA (root cause analysis) on portal.
• Send updated SMS, telephone and email escalation to the high management/support teams for all faults and degradations.
• Coordinate with teams during scheduled or emergency maintenance activity.
• Provide 24/7 network monitoring and support for Emergency incident management.
• Daily, Weekly and Monthly reports on network performance that is network’s status, network performance, failures, and outages.

Working in Technical operations, PS(packet switching) Core Department.

I have worked in team that is handling the whole LTE-Advanced(4.5G) core network. The network is All IP based and it has been deployed by Wi-Tribe Pakistan first time ever in South Asia & Middle East

Responsibilities included:

- Network fault analysis(troubleshooting).
- Monitoring and configuration of vEPC.

Right after my graduation in August i was selected for the internship in UFONE.
