Site Engineer:

Siteexecution in compliance with the design and specification by physical presence on site.
Planning of future activities in accordance to the given timeline.
Coordination with client, consultant ,subcontractors.
Quantification of materials required for the execution of project (e.g. concrete, reinforcement steel, concrete blocks, tiles etc.
Execution of activities as per design and specifications along with compliance with safety.
Making sure compliance of work done according to design, specification and standards.
Reporting of work progress on daily, weekly and monthly basis.
Drafting of contract documents and evaluation of BOQ’s with drawings.
Drafting of Official Letters / Correspondences.
Attending  meetings with respective government authorities, Consultants on behalf of Contractors.
Inspection and consult as and when required.
Financial & business proposal layout and implementation for civil works accordingly.

Worked on a start-up idea of manufacturing the most economically viable eco-friendly bricks. These bricks uses a non-fired technology and utilizes industrial by-products. Our prototype is ready and been tested by the local authorities. Duuring my work on this start up, I gathered detail knowledge regarding Tuff Tile manufacturing, concrete products, Construction material research and Company finances
 

Working as a trainee engineer at construction site of Bangladesh Embassy.
My responsibilities are to execute and supervise the civil works as per drawings and preparation of daily progress report.

Estimation of Civil Works and preparation of pre qualification and bidding documents.

Worked as an internee in the construction division under the supervision of project coordinator. I received practical experience related to the planning and monitoring of projects.
Collaboration with Procurement department about mobilization of materials and machinery.
