Summary
Physical Rehabilitation is the key strength in social sector like dealing with Children/Persons with disabilities, community mobilization regarding inclusion of children with all kinds of children with disabilities and other vulnerable children, have also experience in child protection, appropriate rehabilitation of children with different physical disabilities and post operative rehabilitation of injuries and illness.

Working as Physiotherapist at Children with disabilities program (CWDP) since May-2021 where my responsibilities are;
To assess children with multiple disabilities and develop a goal based plan for their appropriate rehabilitation.
To sensitize parents/community regarding inclusion of PWDs/CWDs and preventive measures of disabilities.
Contribute in formation of Community-based Organizations (CBOs) of key stakeholders at local level to promote inclusion and participation of children/persons with disabilities.
Assist team in the development of appropriate action plans for effective rehabilitation.
Technical assistance in accessible and inclusive plans development.
