I am working as a SENIOR SUPERVISOR RO plant in Qarshi Industry Pvt Ltd hattar kpk is a one of largest food beverages and natural product Manufacturers Company.

Jobs responsibility.

Ro plant operation & maintenance having capacity 25 m3/hrand ultra-filtration having 35m3 and mixed bed having capacity 25m3.
• To report Quality/Production manager regarding operational Quality matters & engineering department.
• Experience in supervising and scheduling responsibilities and managing shifts.
• Monitor & Control performance evaluation parameters RO (rejections recovery flux pressure drop).
Monitor operation condition flow meters dosing rate and pressure gauge.
• Maintain Quality parameters like PH TDS TH CA.H T.ALK CL IRON SILICA TURBIDITY SDI.
• Ensure C.I.P & COP of R.O Plant,
• Supervision of Filler, RO Plant & Pre filtration (ultrafiltration multimedia carbon filter , 5 micron Polisher.
• Calibration of Ph Meter, Conductivity meter turbidity meter.
• Documentation regarding to Quality Control &maintenance log sheet.
Record flow meter and gauge reading & operation data.
Ensure safety standard follow.
Ensure daily basis maintain chemical dosing.
End of month make a graphical reports of a pressure difference and other parameters.

I have worked with Aqua regia pvt Ltd. Aqua Regia provide a water treatment chemical testing kets water treatment plant and services.My company minor and large contract in cement industry Urea, power plants, and oil and gas sectors. 
I am a Service Engineer shift chemist perform All water treatment testing Boiler condensor cooling raw water. RO Reverse osmosis operation maintenance. Daily reports sent HOD and our company end of month make a graphical report all parameters of water.
