I have double master degrees, one in subject of Sociology and other in Project Management. I have more than 17 years total working experience in developmental sector. In which maximum experience falls in the field of human rights and their protection. During my studies I gained interest in this field on working on a research report under the title of UNHCRs social welfare activities in Afghan Refugees camps in Peshawar-Pakistan.
Most recently I worked as Zonal Manager with International rescue Committee in Women Economic Empowerment (WEE) Project. My main responsibility is to manage, supervise and coordinate implementation of women excluded groups CNIC campaign in both working districts (Nowshera Kohat). Most recently I have worked as Program Coordinator with Mind Map Communication for promotion of tolerance and peace in youth to build a social coherent society. Before this I worked as Cluster Coordinator with Development Alternatives Incorporation-DAI in the project Consolidating democracy in Pakistan-CDIP a project of DFID. The major objectives under this project are to ensure the participation of excluded and marginalized groups especially women and transgender in politics. During this assignment we have almost facilitated registration of more than 6000 fresh CNICs of women while in the first phase of this campaign before 2018 general election we have registered fresh National identity cards for almost 14000 women and transgender and also register all of them as voters. All these fresh registered voters actively participated in 2018 General Election of Pakistan. I also worked as Project Coordinator for district Kurram and Orakzai in USAID funded project for women voter and NIC registration with Pak-Women organization. I worked as District Coordinator with Aurat Foundation more than five years in Pakistan under the Voice and accountability program(AAWAZ) of DFID, worked in 4500 villages and urban settlements in 45 districts of Pakistan, contributed towards a strengthened, stable, inclusive and tolerant democracy in Pakistan by celebrating, encouraging and fostering the struggle of women and men, particularly those from disadvantaged sections of society. This program endeavored to catalyze the realization of citizens rights by the state with a special focus on womens political empowerment, preemption of conflicts across the communities that it worked with, and better public service delivery in the areas of health and education through informed and active engagement of citizens, funded by UKAid through the Department for International Development (DFID), this Program ran for six years from 2012 to 2018. In these six years of working experience improved my ability to cope with different tasks and improved my knowledge in various fields like GBV, VAWG, Multiple Identities, Modern slavery, Social Audit, Gender and exclusion in politics, legal framework of gender and politics, Political and legal reforms, tribal, sectarian, ethnic and faith-based conflict/dispute resolution, Understanding Governance, Policy and Citizen Engagement in Planning for Services (Education Health) Partners Management. Before this I also have worked almost three years with UN-Habitat as a Team Leader in two different types of projects in disasters and emergency (Post Conflict Rehabilitation-IDPs Flood intervention projects) where our main job focus on liaising and coordinating with local NGOs and implementing partners, to fund their activities that aims to build IDPs and hosting communities resilience. Here I capacitated with skills in emergency planning, emergency management strategies, and public safety in critical situations. I do not only possess these skills but also have deep insight into coordinating disaster response and crises management activities, in cases of natural and man-made calamities. I have expanded my knowledge regarding protection activities, like registration, protection monitoring, identification of vulnerable groups, shelter provision, NFI distribution, Multi-Cluster Rapid Assessment Mechanism-McRam and Multi-Sector Initial Rapid Assessment Mechanism-MIRA. I also worked with National Rural Support Program as Senior Social Organizer. In this organization my main responsibilities were to lead and manage the teams of social organizers and equip them with networking and coordination skills to prepare and implement social mobilization strategy. Facilitation of planning at the community level, section level and then Regional level, and its transformation into workable action plans. Along with this I also arrange meetings with the community for different intervention, Situation Analysis to get information about the socio-economic condition and then organizing the Rural Poor communities at the grass root level into community organizations as well as Village Support Organization and then provide social guidance to them to overcome poverty and their other issues. Identification of disable and destitute community members for skill enhancement trainings. Conducting and coordinating different trainings for Community activists like Community Management and Skill, Agriculture, Health, Education, Participatory Development, Development Planning, Communication Skill, Linkages, Record Keeping, Execution of Development Plans, Gender and Rural Development. I also worked as a Master Trainer with United Nations Development Program-UNDP in Support National Election in Pakistan-SNEP project. In this project my responsibility was to train the presiding officer (PO) about their role and responsibilities in 2007/8 general election in order to make possible a fair and transparent election in Pakistan.
Throughout my academic and professional experiences, I embedded with multi credentials of protection delivery according to the humanitarian principles. I have also the ability to build and sustain effective interfaces with communities of concerns, local authorities and partners. I have good Judgment, leadership, and team building capacities, stay abreast with and analyze political, social, economic and cultural developments that have an impact on the protection environment of human, and have demonstrated capacity to provide advice to senior management. I have good interpersonal skills to effectively work in multi-cultural working environment. I have always succeeded in streamlining protection strategies and implementing them, supervising staff with vision, mutual harmony and respect. I have a vision to take things to better aspects and results. To very high extent, I have consistently and successfully pulled off the role of a dedicated staff and team player and have the ability to provide viable solutions to the identified protection issues, in coordination with relevant shareholders, in a collaborative approach. I am an energetic and dynamic person totally dedicated to work environment. I believe my previous experience with NGOs, INGOs will be an advantage for the office. Represent IRC in periodic meetings with District Election Commissioner (DEC), NADRA and other partners in assigned districts of self-implementation and implementation through partners.
Recruit, orient and train social mobilizers on the methodology of the identifying and mobilizing women for CNIC registration, as well as on data sheets and formats.
Supervise Social Mobilizers to develop lists of potential women NIC registrants and mobilize them to acquire their NIC.

District Coordinator
The Voice and Accountability (AAWAZ) was a five-year program to strengthen civil society, funded by UKaid through DFID and managed by DAI. It works to strengthen democratic processes in Pakistan to make them more open, inclusive and accountable to citizens. The Aawaz program was facilitated by a Management Organization Office, established by DAI. The program has four distinct components
Output 1 - Gender: Enhanced political participation of women in public life without fear of gender-based violence
Output 2- Conflict/dispute resolution: Achieve social harmony within and across communities through addressing tribal, sectarian, ethnic, faith-based disputes
Output 3- Citizens engagement: Promote active and informed participation of citizens in order to articulate their priorities and demands for improved service delivery Access to social services especially Education & Health
Output 4- PAAR: The fourth and overarching component of AAWAZ is policy, advocacy, research and results (PARR) facility. The primary mandate is to leverage reform and change.
Job Responsibilities
To look after/focus on all District level Activities.
Contribute to the generation of relevant knowledge from the program and arrange for its sharing during inception as well all along the program duration by collecting and writing testimonials, case studies, etc.
Ensure that all the program staff submits expenditure reports and supporting documents to district accounts officer in a timely manner. i.e. within two days of activity completion.
Support the Provincial Manager Outreach and Network in coordinating the work of Aawaz Program in the districts across three themes and with PARR facility
Support the Provincial office in branding and marketing of Aawaz, contribute in the web-based and print material development, coordinate outreach events and meetings.
Supervise the work plan implementation according to logical framework and budget at the district, Union and village-level.
Visiting the field and participating in program planning and review meetings.

Team Leader
To lead the teams of sub engineers, Social Mobilizes and community members in order to conduct identification surveys to select eligible beneficiaries for assistance (IDPs, Host & Flood Affected families).Â
Ensure that all families of selected communities are visited and basic data and photo taken for record, even if family not eligible for assistance.
Ensure that survey data are provided every day to Data Operators and verify if data are missing on a daily basis.
Collecting of information and data relevant to IDPs, host families, flood affected community and cross checking and verification of the information.

This project include variegated variety of post conflict community rehabilitation projects like hand pumps for drinking water, Street Pavements with Stairs, Street Pavements with Outlet Drainage, Small Bridges, Suspension Bridges, Water Supply Channels for locally installed Hydro Power Generation Schemes, Irrigation Channels through regularly cultivated lands, Clean Drinking Water Tanks with Water Supply Pipes extension from Natural Springs to these Tanks, Retaining Wall for Safety of Irrigation Channels, Pipe Culverts in road, Cause Ways, Link Road and Irrigation Water Storage Tank.
