Document and reconcile monthly project spending performance for accuracy, availability of project funds, adequate support documentation, and proper authorization. Assess staff/project advances every month, release per Diem of trained health providers and other government officials as per internal and government policy. Process payments to internal staff including payroll, TA/DA, and other payments according to define policy and approvals of competent authority. Scrutinize and synchronize bills presented for payment and on any confusion consult to the competent authority. Gather and collate information from countries in preparation for the annual external audit and/or program-specific audit. Process tax payments, invoices and follow up with clients, suppliers, and partners. Function in close coordination with the bank as and when assigned by the supervisor.
