Working with Center for Agriculture and Bio Sciences (CABI) as Data Analyst under TA-6333 for “seed Cleaning Program” Key Responsibilities:

Data analysis of different vegetables and pulses by using SPSS.
Field Visit to KPK (Peshawar, Nowshera, DI Khan, Charsada, Swat, Uper Dir and Malakand) for a pilot project “Gender Assessment and Socio-Economic Survey. 
Responsible for overall program management, provision of administrative assistance, capacity building of staff including the training of Gender Assessment survey.
Developed strategies, work plans, field plan, key-performance indicators, and program monitoring mechanisms to achieve the targets.
Monitored implementation of project activities according to the work plan/log frame, ensuring compliance with donor and organization policies and requirements
Developed and/or customized existing monitoring tools, templates, and guidelines for monitoring and evaluating projects while ensuring quality according to organization and donors’ standards.
In collaboration with project and head office teams conducted participatory project monitoring and activities to identify gaps, proposed solutions, and provided feedback to the project team.
Conducted data quality assessments and supported relevant teams in improving data management. Ensured community voices and inputs are included in the monitoring reports with a focus on women and girls who are participating in Agricultural activities.
