Electrical and Instrument Engineer
1.) Designing DAS system, to monitor and control the curing presses at The General Tyre and Rubber Company of Pakistan Limited.
2.) DAS HMI designing and Mitsubishi PLC programming ladder logic.
3.) Controlled site engineering activities to maintain work standards and meet quality assurance targets.
4.) Monitored installation of materials and equipment for compliance with drawings and specifications.
5.) Identified specific cables, connectors, fuses, circuit breakers and other electrical devices required for installation of monitoring systems.
6.) Created electrical schematics using AutoCAD Electrical software.
7.) Cold and Hot commissioning.
8.) Panel designing, wiring and installation.

Trainee Electrical and Instrument Engineer (E&I)
1.) After successfully installation of DAS system at The General Tyre and Rubber Company, now my job role is to monitor the performances of all curing machines on DAS.
2.) Troubleshooting of Temperature sensor (RTD), Pressure Transmitter (ST1 and ST2), Temperature Controller, I to P converter, Pneumatic and Hydraulic Valves.
3.) Troubleshooting and Advancement in PLC programming (Ladder Logic), RS-485 communication portal and SCADA HMI.
4.) Preparing Daily Monitoring Reports, Daily Maintenance Reports, and Daily Production Reports.
5.) Continuous learning in Industrial automation and control.
