• Coordinate with the production & sales team & Plan to arrange the material
• Coordinate different vendor & negotiate with the price
• Analyzing material of different import vendor with their price & as compare with local vendor as well
• Co ordinate with import vendor & plan to arrange the import material
• Directly Assist to the Director & coordinate with their Client.
• Maintain strong working relationships and communicate effectively with key manufacturing suppliers
• Keeps a check on stores performance assuring stores are managed as required
• Follow ups with vendors and finance for timely and smooth payment cycle
• Ensure that the inventory levels are in step with production requirements
• Analyze the monthly purchase report, closing stock report, Consumption report.
• Resolve all Queries & negotiate to all the customer & supplier from Ali baba.
• Follow-up with all the matters regarding Admin Issues, accommodate to company employees, Purchasing of Spare Parts etc.
• Directly assist to the Director with another Associate Company (THE BUILDING TECHNIQUES (PVT)LTD

• Manage all the staff related to timely payments.
• Co-ordinate with all vendors.
• Analyzing the rates of purchase orders with sales invoice.
• Solve the queries of vendors regarding their payments.
• Analyze inventory on weekly basis.
• Check l.c costing in weekly basis
• Solve the queries of tax department regarding sales tax, income tax.
• To ensure all the laws regarding tax are implemented correctly.
• Prepare finished goods reconciliation and yield report.
• Prepare all types of ledger reconciliation
• Prepare monthly management accounts and submitted to management.
• Monthly export sales finalization
• Prepare LC (Landed cost sheet) of imported raw, packing, general and fixed assets.
• Reviewing Raw & Packing Consumption Analyses report.
• Monitor factory cash position & timely cash provide to factory
• CAPEX recording and classification of Assets into the books according to the policies of the company (of all units).
• Classification of Capital Work in Progress and transferring them into Fixed Assets Register.
• Facilitate Internal and External Auditors.
