Job Responsibilities:
Verification of all the purchase orders (PO) such as General Items, Chemicals, Accessories.
Verification of all the work orders (WO) such as Admin related, Civil related, and Electrical related, & ICT related etc.
Verification of Payment cheques + salaries + bonus + allowances etc + supplier’s payment cheques.
Verification of PRs in detail by coordinating with end user for all the special items on which Managing director approval is required prior to PO.
Preparing PO Summary on weekly basis for management reporting purpose on daily basis.
Manage the preparation of the department budget and review budgeting relate to procurement expenditure and new projects.
Report to management on variances from the established budget, and the reasons for those variances.
Engage in ongoing cost reduction analyses in all areas of the company.
Engage in benchmarking studies to establish areas of potential operational improvement.
Further, as and when get any special assignment from MD / Director.
