Responsibilities
Monitor and maintain financial records including trust and cafeteria funds, petty cash, accounts receivable, bank deposits and reconciliations
• Prepare, process, record and communicate reports, forms, work orders and relevant records
• Monitor and maintain inventory, place/receive/verify supplies and equipment orders
• Comply with the laid down policies and procedures of the organization
• Facilitate and coordinate auditing of the organization’s accounts
• Manage employee provident fund and the EOBI
• Report to the National Office
